What we collect

Your email address; billing details you enter for invoices (name, address, GSTIN, state); the sites, mailboxes, databases and apps you create; usage figures (storage, traffic, CPU, memory); payment references from Razorpay; and a log of account actions. Passwords for mailboxes, databases and SFTP are stored only as one-way hashes.

What we do with it

We use it to run your services, enforce plan limits, issue GST invoices and file GST returns, send service email (sign-in codes, renewal reminders, notices), and keep the platform secure. We do not sell personal data and do not use it for advertising.

Your content

Files, databases and mail you host are yours. We access them only to provide the service, restore backups you ask for, investigate abuse, or when the law requires.

Where it is stored

On our servers. Static files you put behind the CDN are cached by Bunny.net at its edge locations. Payments are processed by Razorpay; we never see or store card details.

Retention

Service data is deleted as described in the Terms after a plan ends. Invoices and billing records are kept as long as Indian tax law requires (currently at least 8 years).

Your choices

You can ask for a copy of your personal data or for your account to be deleted by writing to support@finitehost.com from your account's email address. We act within 30 days, subject to legal retention duties.
