The service

FiniteHost provides web hosting, mail, Python compute and related services under the plans on our pricing page. The service is operated by Finite Skills Tech Soft Solutions (OPC) Private Limited (GSTIN 33AAFCF6002R1ZI) from India.

Your account

You sign in with a one-time code sent to your email address. Keep access to that mailbox secure. You are responsible for everything done through your account and for the content, code and email you host or send.

Acceptable use

Do not use FiniteHost for anything unlawful, for spam or bulk unsolicited email, phishing, malware, crypto-mining, attacks on other systems, or to get around plan limits or reach other customers' data. We may suspend a service that harms others or our network, and will tell you why.

Plans and limits

Each plan has CPU, memory, storage, traffic, mailbox and app limits that are enforced automatically. If you go over a limit, the affected part slows down or pauses until you upgrade or reduce usage; your data is not deleted for that.

Billing

Plans are prepaid in INR for 30 days or one year, plus GST, through the checkout on finiteskills.com, and never renew automatically. We issue a GST tax invoice for every payment. Prices may change with 30 days' notice; a change never affects a period you have already paid for. Cancellations and refunds follow the Cancellation & Refund Policy.

When a plan ends

If you do not renew, the service keeps running for a 7-day grace period. It is then suspended (websites show a paused page, sign-in to mailboxes stops, incoming mail is still accepted) until day 30 after the end date, when the plan ends. Your files, databases and mail are permanently deleted 14 days after that. Renew any time before deletion to restore everything.

Backups

We back up files, databases and mail daily as described in your plan. Backups protect against our failures; please also keep your own copies of anything important.

Availability and liability

We work to keep the service available but provide it "as is" without warranty. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before the claim.

Termination

You may stop using the service at any time by not renewing. We may end a service that seriously or repeatedly breaks these terms.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Tenkasi, Tamil Nadu have jurisdiction.
