Questions, answered

Does my plan renew automatically?

No. Plans are prepaid for a month or a year and never charge you without you completing a checkout. If you do not renew, your sites keep running for 7 more days, then show a paused page.

Can I host WordPress?

Yes. Web plans have PHP 8.5 and MariaDB 11. Upload your files over SFTP, import your database, and point your domain. Login pages are rate-limited against password guessing.

Do I get a GST invoice?

Yes, for every payment. Add your GSTIN in the panel and the invoice is a B2B tax invoice (18% GST, SAC 998315) that appears in your GSTR-2B.

What happens if I go over a limit?

You get an email at 80% and 100%. Storage that is full stops new writes; databases over their size become read-only until you delete data or upgrade. Nothing is deleted.

Can I get a refund?

Yes. A full refund within 7 days of your first payment for a plan, and always if we charged you in error.

Do I need my own domain?

Yes. Add it in the panel and it shows exactly which DNS records to set. HTTPS starts within minutes of the records pointing to us.

How do I run Python code?

Create an app, upload a .py file or a zip, and press Run, choose a schedule (every 5 minutes to daily, Indian time) or keep it running. Mail ports and our internal network are blocked for safety.
