From brief to launch
- Send a briefIn the panel, choose Start a project and describe what you need: pages, features, sites you like, your deadline and budget.
- Get a written quoteA person reads your brief, asks questions if anything is unclear, and sends a written quote with the scope, price, milestones and timeline. Nothing is charged until you accept it.
- Pay the first milestoneUsually 50% to start, through the same secure checkout as our plans: UPI, cards or net banking.
- We buildWe design and build the site, and share progress as we go.
- You reviewYou check the finished work and ask for the changes the quote covers.
- LaunchYou pay the last milestone, usually 50% on delivery, and we launch the site on FiniteHost hosting, included for 12 months.
- A GST tax invoice for every paymentEach milestone gets its own tax invoice (18% GST, SAC 998314) with your GSTIN, for input tax credit.

Questions, answered
Is the price fixed?
The “from” price is where a small project of that kind starts, before 18% GST. Your price is in the written quote we send after reading your brief. You pay nothing until you accept it.
How do milestone payments work?
Usually 50% to start and 50% on delivery, each paid through the same secure checkout and each with its own GST tax invoice. One checkout payment can be at most ₹1,00,000 including GST, so a larger project is split into more milestones. The quote lists them.
Who owns the website?
You do, once it is paid in full: the code and content we make for your project are yours. Parts made by others, such as open-source libraries, fonts or licensed photos, stay under their own licences.
What hosting is included?
12 months of the FiniteHost plan named on each service, starting when you pay the first milestone. After that it renews at the normal plan price, or you can move the site anywhere you like.
Can I get a refund?
A milestone payment is refundable before work on that milestone starts. Milestones already delivered are not. This is subject to the written quote for your project.

No. They are our own sites, built and run by the same team, and live today. They show the kind of work we do; they are not customer reviews.
What do you need from me?
Your text, logo, photos and product details, and replies when we ask for a review. If content or feedback arrives late, the delivery date moves by the same time.
