Monthly maintenance for a website we built: hours of changes, updates and checks, how to buy it, and how changes are counted.

A website care plan is optional monthly maintenance for a site FiniteHost built for you. It includes a set number of hours of changes each month, plus updates and checks, and your support tickets go ahead of the queue. You buy it in the panel like any plan, and it is active as soon as you pay.
What a care plan covers#
- Security, software and plugin updates every month
- Uptime monitoring; we fix anything that breaks on our side
- Daily backups checked, with a test restore every quarter
- Small changes to text, photos and prices within the monthly hours
- A short monthly report: updates done, uptime, visits
Bigger changes, such as new pages, new features or a redesign, are quoted as their own website project.

Prices are before 18% GST. Yearly costs 10 times the monthly price. Each payment gets a GST tax invoice under SAC 998314.
Buy a care plan#
- Open Projects in the panel. The Website care card is on the right.
- Choose Monthly or Yearly, then press Buy next to the plan for your kind of site.
- Pay on the checkout with UPI, a card or net banking. The plan is active straight away and you get a welcome email.
Ask for a change#
- Open Support tickets and choose New ticket.
- Choose the topic Website change (care plan).
- Describe the change and attach nothing secret. Say which page, and paste the new text or prices.
We log the time each change takes. The Support tickets page shows the hours used this month. Unused hours do not carry over to the next month. If a change would go over the month's hours, we tell you first and nothing extra is charged without your OK.
Renew or stop#
Care plans are prepaid and never renew by themselves. Renew from the Website care card under Projects before the paid-until date. If you do not renew, monthly changes and checks stop; your website and hosting are not affected.
